The plant can have the small tree or big bush form.
His nutritive power is very high thanks to vitamins, proteins and mineral salts.
Serfruit was one of the first companies to distribute Turkish pistachios on the Italian market which, as the Sicilian pistachios, are marked by the green color, delicious taste, aromatic and sweet.
The kernel is roasted and consumed as snack.
The shelled kernel, natural or blanched, once desiccated is used for bakery, ice cream production, cassate, cakes, torroncini, mousse, creams, water-ices or for sausage production (mortadella).
Serfruit trades, further to natural and blanched kernels, also the ground pistachio, which is used to adorn ice cream and pastries.
